Hi.

My name’s Navid and I’m 37 years old.

Mesmerized by the inner beauty of creation with an unquenchable thirst for the discovery of underlying principles of nature and deciphering riddles of the universe, I chose to study physics through all years of my academic education.

So, scientifically and academically speaking, I’m now a researcher and PhD student in Plasma Engineering at Laser Plasma Research Institute in Shahid Beheshti University with some years of experience in research and development, executive management, technical documentation, process control, engineering and industrial production.

As a brief flashback to when I was learning languages, I pursued English & French proficiency courses at the ILI (Iran Language Institute) and later on at Azaran Language Center and accomplished all the levels after 4 years of hard work, continuous effort and perseverance.

Soon afterwards, I took the TOEFL iBT exam and after a while, with enormous passion, I participated in TTC courses and started teaching English as Second Language to kids, young learners and adults from basic to advanced levels with a good command of learner-centered, skill-based, and high-impact approaches designed to foster engaging, effective, and result-oriented language acquisition. I carried on with teaching at the language institutes for around 6 years and then have proceeded as a private tutor up until the present time.

So, professionally and experimentally speaking, I’m ESL (English as Second Language) and FLE (Fancaise Langue Etrangere) teacher, translator and interpreter. Alors? Est-ce que vous voulez aussi apprendre la langue francaise? Je suis ici pour vous y assister.

If you had asked me 11 years ago what it takes to be a teacher, I would have said a deep enthusiasm for the career. And now my answer is still the same, definitely with more certainty. I still believe that teaching is a valid and valuable career choice and a deeply meaningful investment of my time and talents. As a matter of fact, teaching has been one of the greatest milestones throughout all my life.

I think every seed of knowledge, whether diving into a branch of science or learning a new language, needs the caring hand of a kind teacher to blossom and flourish. I have always tried to be an open, approachable, patient and inspiring teacher to unlock learners’ potentials with unbounded kindness and generosity.

All in all, I will be more than proud and delighted to be a small part of language learners’ journey to empower them and boost their language skills with my creativity. I’m confident we will have a great time learning the language in a friendly and inspirational atmosphere.
